WEC7: Platform Builder Installation

Before getting started with Windows Embedded Compact 7.0, you should visit the Windows Embedded CE Developer Center.
The following section provides a brief summary of the Platform Builder 7.0 installation process:

The installation must be done in the specified order

1. Install a purchased Visual Studio® 2008 or download and install Visual Studio® 2008 Trial
2. Download and Install Visual Studio® 2008 Service Pack 1

   - Visual Studio® 2008 Service Pack 1

3. (Optional) Install a purchased Expression Blend® 3 download and install Expression Blend® 3 Trial

4. Install a purchased Windows Embedded Compact® 7 or download and install the Windows Embedded Compact® 7 Trial
