The contents of the version.txt identifies the package version.

rootfs.tar.bz2 - archive of the Debian root file system
ramdisk.dtb - SBC-T335 Device Tree binary, required for manual/automatic installation
kernel.img - Kernel image required for manual/automatic installation onto the NAND flash
ramdisk.img - Ramdisk image required for manual/automatic installation onto the NAND flash
boot.scr - U-Boot script image, used for automatic installation onto the NAND flash
install.sh - automatic installation script
install.ext2 - automatic installation scripts image
zImage-cm-t335 - Ready to run Linux kernel image binary
am335x-sbc-t335.dtb - SBC-T335 Device Tree binary

zImage-4.4.0-cm-t335-5.1.bin - ready to run Linux kernel version 4.4-cm-t335-5.1 for CM-T335
am335x-cm-t335.dtb - CM-T335 Device Tree binary
am335x-sbc-t335.dtb - SBC-T335 Device Tree binary
modules_4.4.0-cm-t335-5.1.tar.bz2 - archive of pre-compiled modules for Linux kernel (zImage-4.4.0-cm-t335-5.1.bin)
linux-4.4.0-cm-t335-5.1.config - Linux kernel (zImage-4.4.0-cm-t335-5.1.bin) configuration file

The utilities directory contains miscellaneous utilities useful for development

tftpd32.zip - TFTP server for Windows users
eeprom-util - CompuLab EEPROM utility for reading information found inside the EEPROM on CompuLab boards
ti-utils - TI utility used to calibrate TI WL12xx devices
bootscr.source - source of boot.scr
