The SoC features internal temperature sensors to measure the SoC temperature.

Execute the following commands to read the current CPU temperature: For analog domain:

cat /sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone0/temp

For a55 cores cluster:

cat /sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone1/temp
