Important – Mandatory U-Boot Update

IOT-GATE-IMX8PLUS / SBC-IOT-IMX8PLUS U-Boot release 3.1 (12-Mar-2026) is required for new deliveries.
Customers running custom U-Boot must update their U-Boot to support these deliveries.

This release uses U-Boot 2023.04, based on NXP lf_v2023.04, and adds support for additional LPDDR4 models: Kingston, ISSI and Etron.
